This policy explains what information FL Enterprise ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiries you send us. When you use the "What do you need help with?" form, we receive your message and the email address you give us.
• Messages you send directly. If you email, call or WhatsApp us, we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your email address or phone number.
• Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard request information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not currently run analytics on it. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about your project.
• To provide and manage services if you become a client.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers that help us run this website and our business:

• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Resend, which delivers enquiries from the website form to our inbox.
• Google, which provides our email.

Parts of this website, such as the 3D globe on the home page, are loaded from public content delivery networks (jsDelivr and Google). When your browser loads these files, those providers receive standard request data such as your IP address. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email swayam.mozar@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. These rights apply in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and any other law that applies to you.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
